Ranveer Singh may feature in director Shimit Amin’s next to be made under YRF banner. The film is said to be a romantic drama and the female lead of the film is yet to be decided. This is reportedly the third project that Ranveer has signed this year
The other two projects that Ranveer will be doing are Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ and Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’.
Shimit, who made his directorial debut with Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Chak De! India’ and made ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year’ featuring Ranbir Kapoor, has been associated with YRF since long and he was also the consultant for ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’.
The spokesperson from YRF have reportedly not commented on the project. At present, Ranveer is busy preparing for his role for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next.
